Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Late Cancellation: If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment and we are unable to fill your spot, a fee equivalent to 30% of your total booking may be charged.

• No-Show: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, a 60% fee of your total booking will be required to book any future appointments with us.
